Broker Upgrade Classes
The mandatory broker upgrade classes were completed July, 2017.
These classes will be rescheduled periodically.

To obtain your real estate broker license in Connecticut, the following requirements must be met:
2 years as an active real estate salesperson
60 hours of Real Estate Principles & Practices
15 hours Broker Principles & Practices
15 hours Broker Legal Compliance
Plus: Two 15-hour elective classes
20 closed transaction sides in the past 5 years
The state broker examinations must also be passed.

NOTE: Pre-licensing students are eligible for a refund at any time prior to their scheduled first class, less a $25 processing fee. Upon the date of their scheduled first class, no refunds will be given. Continuing education students are eligible for a refund, less $10 processing fee, only up to 24 hours prior to their class.
** We reserve the right to cancel class if minimum enrollment is not met. Class dates may be changed if there any cancellations due to weather or other emergencies.
