Continuing Education
2022 license renewal continuing education requirements for salespersons and brokers:
Two 3-hour mandatory classes:
– Understanding & Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate
– CT Real estate Law for Brokers & Salespersons
Plus 6 hours of elective classes

Brokers must complete this requirement prior to their March 31, 2020 license renewal.
Salespersons must complete this requirement prior to their May 31, 2020 license renewal.
All courses meet the minimum requirements as set forth by the Department of Consumer Protection/Real Estate Commission.
