***NOTES ABOUT LIVE, ONLINE CLASSES:
Per State of Connecticut rules, after enrollment you will need to provide us a copy of your drivers license, state ID or passport.
We now use e-textbooks, so you will need two devices to attend class: One device for the class and one device for the e-textbooks.
Access codes for e-textbooks will be provided to you after your enrollment.
No refunds once textbooks received or first planned class occurs, whichever occurs first.
Must have web camera on you for the duration of class. Must attend classes live – classes are not recorded, and you may not record any part of any class.
Active participation and attention in class are required.

To obtain your real estate broker license in Connecticut, the following requirements must be met:
3 years as an active real estate salesperson
Minimum 4 closed transactions in the past 3 years
1,500 logged hours of real estate work
60 hours of Real Estate Principles & Practices
15 hours Broker Principles & Practices
15 hours Broker Legal Compliance
Plus: Two 15-hour elective classes

The state broker examinations must also be passed.

NOTE: Pre-licensing students are eligible for a refund at any time prior to their scheduled first class or textbooks are delivered to them, whichever occurs first, less a $25 processing fee. Upon the date of their scheduled first class, no refunds will be given. Continuing education students are eligible for a refund, less $10 processing fee, only up to 24 hours prior to their class.
** We reserve the right to cancel class if minimum enrollment is not met. Class dates may be changed if there any cancellations due to weather or other emergencies.
