Have a new listing? Want to maximize it’s exposure? Of course you do.
Open houses are no longer a very active method of finding buyers. So, let’s switch it up a bit.
Hold a neighbors only open house. Wine and cheese. Maybe champagne.
Invite the neighbors. Knock on their doors or mail them invites.
Show them all how you are a notch above other agents.
The neighbors will come. They will want to see the home. If they’re thinking of selling, they’ve now met an agent who stands out from the rest. If they know of family or friends who may be interested in moving to their neighborhood, they will tell them about the home. And about you.
Always be different. Don’t follow the pack.
Work hard for your clients, because they have entrusted their home to you and they deserve it.
